What is the Niel Asher Technique® and How Does it Work?

The Niel Asher Technique® is a ‘natural’ method utilizing the body’s own healing mechanisms. No drugs, no surgery. It is HANDS-ON-ONLY. It uses a specific and unique sequence of manipulations to the shoulder joints and surrounding soft-tissues. Conventional approaches to treating this condition involve painful injections, months of physical therapy and/or surgery. The Niel-Asher Technique® works differently. In a frozen shoulder there is masses of inflammation, on top of this the brain starts to recruit the ‘wrong’ muscles to move the shoulder. However, the most important initial factor is to determine whether you actually have frozen shoulder rather than one of the many other causes of persistent shoulder pain.
